Started in their garage in 1992 by Leonard Graves and Nick Hambrick, New Solutions has become a leader in supplying aftermarket components for wheelchairs and scooters, as well as high performance accessories for custom chairs. Today, New Solutions leads with quality products, availability and accessible customer service. After 30 years, Leonard and Nick decided it was time to to retire and passed the baton to a new owner, Phil Cunningham. Phil spent 18 years working for a manufacturer in the Durable Medical Equipment Industry before starting his own business focused on respiratory parts.

Today, New Solutions North America is in a new Ohio location, more centralized to the service the entire country.
