Payment Terms:Â All new accounts are opened on credit card terms and require a valid credit card on file that will automatically be charged upon order shipment.
Past Due Accounts: Will not be eligible for monthly specials or free shipping. Interest charges of 1.5% per month may be applied on unpaid balances.
Insufficient Funds: There will be a $25.00 returned check charge.
Credits: Any credit memos not used within one calendar year become null and voided.
Order Discrepancies: Must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
Return Policy: Items may not be returned without a return authorization (RA) number from New Solutions. The number that is given must be applied and visible on the outside of the shipping package. Returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving items from New Solutions for exchange or credit only. All items will need to be returned to - 206 Republic St, Norwalk, OH 44857. Custom items can't be returned.
General Policy: We reserve the right to change prices and improve or modify products without prior notification.
Custom Upholstery Service: TEMPORARILY ON HOLD.
Warranty:Â New Solutions warrants all products and materials for six months, when properly installed, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, when under normal use and service. Â If within such warranty period, there are any products or materials found to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of New Solutions subject to the following:
- The product or material is returned to New Solutions at the sender's expense, to the address specified by customer service within 30 days of RA number issuance.
- Product or material has not been misused, abused, or improperly installed by the user, as determined by New Solutions.
Dealers are responsible for maintaining and servicing all products purchased, including product warrantyÂ
Shipping Policy: Shipping rates are based on actual FedEx or UPS. You can notify us if you would like to use your own UPS or FedEx account. Drop shipping on a third-party account will be subject to a handling fee.
Freight Policy:Â Shipments will be F.O.B. Ship Point. 50% off Freight is given on all single purchase orders over $350 to one destination within the continental United States. Any order where premium freight is requested by the customer and the order amount is over $350, the customer will be billed the difference between premium and regular ground freight. For international shipping rates, please contact our office for a free quote.
