Phil spent 18 years working for Invacare Corporation in many different areas of the company.  Most relevantly, he spent 4 years working in TAG and ISP, where he first learned about New Solutions as a formidable competitor.  His personal acquisition of New Solutions in 2022 was a real life example of "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em".  He worked with Nick Hambrick and Leonard Graves throughout 2022 to acquire New Solutions and transition to its current Ohio location.
Phil loves the aftermarket world of DME.  In the current environment, with the difficulties in getting access to mobility, Phil believes in keeping people mobile for less, which has been and continues to be the very foundation of New Solutions.  

Director of Finance and Human Resources
Prior to acquisition, Ashley was the Director of US Operations for a non-profit that was partnered with a children's home, school, and clinic in Guatemala City. Her heart for serving shows in the way she cares for children, whether they are in Latin America or those who have mobility needs here in the US.
Having grown up in, and now working for, a family-owned business, Ashley understands the need to multi-task and wear multiple 'hats." With an eye for detail and processes, and heart for serving others, Ashley brings a unique mix of talents to the team that keep us moving forward, together.

Customer Relationships

Elizabeth joined New Solutions in March of 2023.  She has a ton of experience working with multiple accounts in a couple different indudtries.  She managed products, pricing, shipping, ordering, and financials, all of which made her a valuable asset to New Solutions.  Today, she leads the EDI initiative to make it doing business with New Solutions easier and more efficient.  Elizabeth works to build the relationships with our customers from quoting to ordering to invoicing.

Customer Experiences

Aimee joined New Solutions before the acquisition even was finalized.  She has been instrumental in getting policies, programs and procedures established to improve the customer experience - including the launch of www.newsolutionsna.com. Mom to Knox and Amelia, two of our favorite NSNA visitors, they keep us on our toes and smiling when they stop in.

Zach joined New Solutions in January of 2023, after spending many years working in welding and maintenance rolls.  Zach manages our picking/packing/shipping department

Nancy joined New Solutions in January of 2023, and was critical in helping to set up the new warehouse after the move.  Nancy works on inventory control and special warehouse projects. She is our resident expert when the "where is..." question is asked in the warehouse.

Lesli and Phil have worked together for over 10 years and through the NSNA acquisition have had the opportunity to build on that professional relationship as Lesli manages a select group of NSNA national accounts. Her expertise and experience in the intricacies of the industry are invaluable to both NSNA and our customers.

Customer Support - Manufacturing and Assembly

Since July of 2023 Dan has helped out in our workshop, making sure any and all of our NSNA assembly products get into the hands of our customers. This is especially fitting as Dan spends his winters creating magical memories for children of all ages as one of the most realistic and wonderful Santa's you will ever find.

Joyce has been with NSNA since January of 2023 filling a variety of different roles from picking and packing to light assembly work to being a friendly voice on the other end of the phone for our customers. Joyce's friendliness and enthusiasm are contagious and she is always happy to help.
