New Solutions Tariff Updates

Many customers got ahead of ordering and tripled their normal ordering volume, depleting some of our top items. 
We have been working with our suppliers to hold replenishment orders until we understand the impact of the tariffs, specifically out China
We have alternate sources in other countries already moving forward with production
With the tariffs now in place, we have had three things happen.  First, many customers got ahead of ordering and doubled and tripled their normal ordering volume, depleting much of our top items.  Second, our shipments are back moving through the logistics process, but we still do anticipate some delays at customs.  Finally, We have worked together with our vendors to minimize the exposure to tariffs and limit any price increases

Here is our promise to you and your customers-
  • We will continue our mission of providing affordable replacement parts for DME.  Many companies in all industries will take advantage of the tariffs as a chance to increase prices on inventory that came in before the tariffs were in place.  New Solutions will not be one of those companies.
  • Months ago, we started working on some new suppliers that will have minimal impact to our costing.  We will begin moving stock orders to them to quickly help us get our inventory back to normal. This will also help keep price increases at a minimum.
